Welcome to Someone Special, a family owned and operated retail store, that has been selling fine gifts and collectibles since 1975,
and operating on the web since March 1996. We hope you will find it easy to locate the items you
are searching for in as few clicks as possible.
We do not list what's in stock or out of stock. Our inventory changes so quickly, that it would be unfair to you to remove items that would be in stock in a short time. Since your order will be handled by Jerry, Charlotte or Ken, you are notified within 24-48 hours about when you'll receive your order, or if there will be a delay. Nothing is charged to your credit card until your order is shipped. You'll find a special instructions box on our order form that will actually be read by a person who is handling your order. If you would like your order giftwrapped and a card attached, tell us, we'll do it. Your information is private. We do not share your information with anyone. If you are a returning customer, you will need to re-enter your information. Why? Because if you can access it, it is vulnerable to someone else hacking it. Your information is removed from our server and stored on a local computer that is not connected to the Internet. Finally, we try to use as little technology as possible. You are not dealing with a company who is acting as a broker. 99% of our website purchases are received in our store, checked for defects and then wrapped and shipped to you. We have brought to this website, the service and convenience that you'd expect when you walk into our store.
