Ulander Blue Fine Bone China from Wedgwood. Ulander Powder Blue, Powder Ruby and Powder Turquoise share the family characteristic of the textured effect of their wide border and distinctive color. The Powder Blue tone was first achieved in 1912 and fifteen years later, the artists of Wedgwood were able to add the Powder Ruby and Powder Turquoise tones to the Ulander family.
